Charles Blair, LCSW

Charles Blair is a licensed certified social worker (LCSW) in the state of Massachusetts. He received his Masters in social work from the University of Denver, Colorado in 2022. Charles has experience providing Multisystemic therapy involving adults, families and adolescents to address barriers to healthy functioning (e.g., familial enmeshment, setting roles, rules and responsibilities, communication breakdown and conflicting parenting styles). Charles has worked with clients experiencing depression, anxiety, substance use, trauma and alienation.

Charles is particularly committed to working with populations of color. He uses an ecological model, taking into account the impacts of our environment on our well-being. Charles believes in client-led, solution focused, strength-based approaches. He incorporates a variety of modalities including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and Structural family therapy.

In his personal life Charles uses running and African drumming for fun and self care.
