As a dedicated and compassionate social worker, I have always been driven by a profound sense of empathy and a desire to support individuals in overcoming life’s challenges. Whether it’s your first time or your 100th time, my goal is to foster a safe space where you can feel seen, heard, validated, and challenged to help foster yourself growth and healing.

Initially trained in psychodynamic theory through Cambridge Health Alliance, a teaching hospital located in Cambridge, MA, I have developed competency in Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) and Strengths-Based Therapy. My primary areas of specialty include anxiety, depression, substance use, and trauma.
