Like butterfly's, we sometimes have to go through unwarranted changes to travel our paths of interest. Sometimes these changes can affect our mood and daily functioning. Aspirations unlimited was founded and created to help people reach dreams and destinations that they think, or feel are unreachable.
My goal is to help you figure out what the next steps are in your life and how to recover or gain from your current situation. You may be in the midst of trying to figure out a career change; having relational conflict; feeling depressed or anxious; or possibly wanting to heal from recent or past traumatic experiences. My hope is to help you through the process of whatever you may be experiencing, by utilizing eclectic and innovative approaches to therapy. I specialize in cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), and dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT). In addition, I provide integrated wellness and financial coaching.
